I7 4790k Weird traces on stock cooler

I wonder if this is normal. I have weird stains or traces on the stock cooler that came with the i7 4790k CPU. Like it has been already use a lot or something.

Here some pictures: http://imgur.com/a/5PGTV

I am reaching 100C under lastest Prime 95 within minutes then it starts throlling. Using a Gigabyte G1 Sniper H6 without anything special changed no OC apart the DDR3 from 1333mghz to 1600mghz using the bios profile. (both ram and motherboard are 1600mghz compatible though.)

Should I return the i7 to newegg or this is something to be expected? Thanks!

Alright, I think I am getting the 212 Hyper Evo anyway and going to post here Aida64 results here. Thanks! Is it complicated to install when everything is already mounted?

Just to get back at my original question by curiosity, is this the regular way that the blades look dirty like this with the i7 stock cooler? (http://imgur.com/a/5PGTV) or I am getting a weird one?

PS: I was specially concern with the CPU and the stock cooler, because the package was a bit torn when I've got it. The CPU seemed untouched though. (http://m.imgur.com/9jhM38n,e8Q9aqP,aRpeAft)
