Why is this motherboard so expensive?

because its a fancy board, and fancy boards cost more money.

I really want this motherboard however its way overpriced on Amazon and newegg, did they stop production of this motherboard or is it out of stock? ty

I would assume production is stopped so your only hope is finding a deal in a store or second hand

its a micro ATX, and the regular ATX is way cheaper then that ($130)

to make a fancy micro ATX you need to put the same amount of stuff on a smaller surface area than a fancy ATX. hence they cost more.

mAtx boards are expensive plus it's a nice motherboard so they're gonna charge a lot for it.
