i'm going to install a new fresh windows and i was wondering how i can backup my steam games and apps, cause i don't have times download them again

use the built in backup feature :P

 

(you can also just literally copy the folder)

Just copy your entire steam folder on an External drive or 2nd HDD and you will be fine. That's what I do.

Last time I contacted Steam support they took a week before they got back to me. Their support sadly sucks.
