cpu only using .77ghz?

so I have been wondering why the fuck my computer is so slow and I see lfoxPNt.png

 

it says I have all my cores yet only running .77ghz? how do I fix this?

It's just idling, you're probably not doing much now.

Maybe try changing the power settings (if it's a laptop) and check the temperatures

Run Cinebench and watch it shoot up
