Ok so about a week ago i could not get onto linustechtips. When i tried to get on it came out with thispost-600-0-26558600-1376032267.png

 

But when i get to school i can access it easy.

 

Ive called my ISP they cant help BUT I have now installed Hola unblocker and changed my location to US and im on (a bit slower but thats coz im said to be in america) Any idead what the hell is happening
