NCIX slow shipping?

I ordered the Asus ROG Swift PG278Q last Saturday. ItsTuesday now and they haven't even shipped. NCIX always ship their product right away. I don't know what is going on. It says it is in stock in Missisauga and ON warehouse. I know they dont work on the weekends but I don't think it should take that long to ship. This is what it says:

it hasnt shipped yet, hasnt left the warehouse, couldnt get lost already.

 

they may be waiting until they have more orders.  they save money on shipping when they ship out in bulk.

so saturday the order was placed/processed, so monday they'd start the 1-3 days clock.

in in usual fashion (US shipping) same scenario look for a thursday ship. deffo a solid

reason i cannot do business with them as the delay isn't worth the minute savings from

a competitor. really sad though, as it seems to have no hitches processing the payment

(get paid) but a hard time letting the inventory leave the warehouses.

Yeah actually they don't proccess the payment until Monday morning. They just accept your order on the weekends but nothing else until Monday morning. But I think its busy season since its back to school time and they were having a big sale. I don't blame them this time since I've never had any problem with them before and they do have good customer service, I called and the guy told me what I wanted to know.

I am in the same boat as you except I am waiting on a special Case sale to be ready to be picked up.

The image you posted looks exactly like the update I have for my order.

NCIX shipping and processing has always been slow actually. I am surprised you ever got it fast.

In exchange to the slowness, and bad website, their prices are cheaper and offer price matching to allow you to maximize your order from 1 place.

Newegg usually costs a bit more, but are normally fast at processing and shipping an order.

If you order from NCIX or any site only do they ship everything in one big box so you don't have to wait on bits and pieces to come in?

If you order everything all at one time, they'll ship it in just one big box to save on shipping costs. Plus it's easier for the customer, because they get all their items at once, and aren't waiting for the items one by one.

NCIX may be slow for shipping but their custom services is great and I've never had any issues dealing with them. (though I haven't used them for quite some time since I discovered that memory express was only like 20 minutes from my place.)
