I'd do something like this, you've got a 4790k with a 120mm AIO which'll give you a bit of room to do some OCing but I don't reckon it'd be necessary, it's at 4GHz at stock and boosts up to 4.4 so...
I aimed to get everything in that case because it's so damn small. You can fit it in a backpack, no kidding.
Didn't include a disk drive because that case doesn't have space for one and you can just image the windows 10 install disk to a USB stick using another machine. If you really want one, an external one'll come in much handier. You could just get a normal disk drive and one of those SATA to USB converters you can get from ebay for like £3.
