Which Graphics Card is This?

So a couple of my friends and I were taking out parts of our school computers that they were throwing away when we stumbled upon this graphics card. We looked online to try to identify it but we couldn't

Hmm... it says samsung on the vram chips.. will edit if I find anymore info
