Good audio quality speakers for a TV?

Jerombolo

I'm thinking about getting speakers for my TV to enjoy better soundquality. I'm looking for some stereo speakers without a subwoofer. Any suggestions?

A cheap amp and a pair of Boston A26's will do.

If you're looking for something simple and easy to use in everyday operation, this is just a amazing option.  You'll be able to control the volume with the same remote, it will turn off with the TV and back on again.  All you need to do is let me know what TV you got, then I can suggest a good sound bar that offers great compatibility with the TV.  We also need to know what kind of TV even if you want something a little more demanding, I have to know if you have RCA inputs and such.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Good sound can't be small.

You can get a soundbar that will be a improvement but a good bar isn't cheap either.

I have a Samsung TV with one Optical Output

Edit: My TV furniture is only 74cm wide!

If you have a stereo system (like we do ik old school), you could plug the output of the TV into it's audio in. It makes a really nice sound and setup.

I have the Logitech Z906 for my PC but the subwoofer is way to loud to be used at midnight^^

Why don't you just lower the sub's gain?

Why not?

There has to be some sort of sub control.

No, It's controlled with the speakers, when I higher the loudness, the sub gets more intense
