dont run out of fuel in the first place :blink:  

 

but the bike comes with a parachute and you wear one also so if you 9,000ft above ground and you go into a free fall the just pull the ripcord

i think i would actually be ok with cruisin at 10k ft i would really have to trust my parachute though...

its been in funding stage for a couple years and as far as i remember, i dont think they've made any progress  -_-
