I been thinking of upgrading my router to something newer with better range for 5 GHZ. I currently have Linksys 1900AC WRT and 5GHZ is kind of poor when reaching certain areas of my house. Is it worth upgrading to 3200AC or Waiting for 5300AC? I'm currently looking at D-Link AC3200 Ultra Wi-Fi Router (DIR-890L/R) or D-Link AC5300 Ultra Wi-Fi (DIR-895L/R).

1. Anyone know the exact Release date for D-Link AC5300 Ultra Wi-Fi (DIR-895L/R)?

2. Is it worth upgrading from Linksys 1900AC WRT?

3. Is D-Link products any good? I always used Linksys.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon

I have a Dlink N750 router and it has been great, other than having to restart the router to make any setting save. 5Ghz has less range its a fact. So its hard to say if it will be better.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
