didnt see the picture.. running too many background programs? thats my guess you shudnt be using that much ram unless your running big programs

yeah i see your running 133 processes. turn off some background programs man.

like Chris said, you've got quiet a bit going on in that picture. The first thing you need to do is eliminate unnecessarily programs that are running in the background. If you still want to add ram to your machine after doing that, we're going to need some more information. System specs, and what OS you are running (appears to be XP?) will be helpful for making a recommendation.

Was looking at 16GB's 1866MHz. I'm not a fan of Corsair as I had to RMA 4 orders of RAM. Currently using Kingston.
