So, B-Stock = Used, Factory Refurbished

based on what they say in the disclaimer.

So it says it doesn't include anything besides the GPU itself. If I buy it, will I need anything else for it to be compatible with my mobo? Also, what's the difference between FTW ACX 2.0 and Superclocked ACX 2.0?

No, you won't need anything else.  The FTW is a higher factory overclock.  It is at 1216mhz vs. 1165 for the SSC.

I just bought a 770 from B-stock, it has more bend to it than my own 770 but otherwise it is in great condition, wouldn't recommend it enough if you already have the other hardware that it would otherwise come with

- i7-2600k @ 4.7GHz - MSI 1070 8GB Gaming X - ASUS Maximus V Formula AC3 Edition - 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws @ 1600Mhz - Corsair RM1000 - 1TB 7200RPM Seagate HDD + 2TB 7200 HDD + 2x240GB M500 RAID 0 - Corsair 750D - Samsung PX2370 & ASUS ROG SWIFT -

B-Stock automatically equals used, but in many cases, they're lightly used GPUs probably returned because the owner got a better GPU.

That power supply only comes with a single 6 pin connector (6+2 meaning you can use it as a 6 or 8 pin connector).

The card will likely come with a molex to 6pin converter that would allow you to use the card with that PSU however I wouldn't use one of those molex to 6pin converters as the 5volt rail that powers the molex cables are not really designed for such a thing.

I'd get a PSU with at least 2 6+2 pin cables my self.

It wouldn't have to be some 600+ watt PSU, a quality 450 - 500 watt PSU will provide enough power, just make sure it has at least 2 6+2 PCIE cables.

You could get a 960 as there are many that only require a single 6 or 8 pin cable but if you want a 970 with out getting a new PSU the ASUS STRIX only requires a single 8pin cable to run.

Yeah, I'd imagine a good fraction of them are cards people traded in when they used the Step Up program to get a higher end GPU.

Good advice with the Strix.

What if I purchased an additional 6+2 cable from Corsair? It looks like they're only about $5.

The cable isn't the main issue I'm afraid since, as far as I can tell, that PSU only has a single PCIE port on it and the other three appear to be for molex and SATA cables.

I was confused by the printed markings on the back of the PSU as what it states didn't seem to add up.

This review I found seems to confirm what I thought as one of the ports is PCIE and the rest are accessory ports like SATA and molex.

http://www.legitreviews.com/corsair-cs450m-power-supply-review_132526/3

The PCIE cable connects to the 12 volt rail that delivers power to devices that draw a lot of power while the other 3 ports are likely connected to the 5 volt rail, which delivers much less power as the devices that connect via SATA and molex usually do not require much power.

If you connected your card to the 5volt rail it could cause power delivery issues making the card unstable with a small risk of damaging something.
