Anyone here put their PC on some sort of stand?

Was thinking like a speaker stands but something a bit more sturdy?

My "desk" isn't wide enough for dual monitors plus PC and I don't want a second desk or particularly to put the unit on the floor.

Case is an Antec ISK600M so not massive by any means.

I have a tonne of Lego but its all Lego star wars and part of my "collection" so no way I'm mixing up the pieces haha.

Having said that I could easily bricklink all the pieces I need.

Got any pics?

I have mine on the floor right now, but it used to be on blocks of wood. Its good to keep it off the floor if you can, but on carpet the wood leaves huge dents in it and my mum got annoyed :P. You're kind of limiting yourself here, it's just really different options of keeping it off the floor a little.

Not sure on the filing cabinet, its a bit functional, would remind me of being at the office.

The Lego idea sounds good, I could even try and build it multi-tiered and put a speaker in it... Hmmmmmm...

Wonder how to make it stable enough so it doesn't fall over if my 1yr old bashes into it.

Might have to think on my design a bit harder, using 2x4 bricks I'd need 38 bricks to make a rectangle of 25x35cm (rough size of my case) so if I wanted it 50cm high that would be 1900 bricks which at around 13p per brick is extortionate!
