Haha, actually Vancouver is the "rainy" part of Canada... its not that cold there.

 

He is in the Metro Vancouver area, the LMG office is in Surrey though from all the information provided.

I know, I've visited Vancouver before. Nice city, but down here Canada is known for being cold. So yeah :P
