Need advice on new headphones

daarth12

Hello everyone, So basically i have a old pair of Gamescom 780 headsets that while I completely love and have served me well these past 2-3 year they have become manky, and the rubber on the USB cable is starting to peel off. So saying that I was hoping I can get some help on buying a headset. My preferences are strange but

-I want a headset that has the fabric sort cushion thing like on the 780. Also one that has the same sort of ear shape as my previous one
-I want a headset that will cancel noise well enough as I have other people living with me
-One of the main things I want is them not to be like my turtle beach ones before that kept breaking. So really sturdy and that can last at least 1.5-2 years
- I am not too picky on sound quality but of course I would prefer the highest quality for my budget and needs.
- mic quality, enough to make me understandable in games(bf4) and over Skype. (I'm not a hardcore gamer or anything so I don't need super duper quality)

Sadly my budget isn't massive, and I currently reside in Australia. So pricing will be a little different to most of you but I was hoping in the range of $100-160US I was hoping to buy from http://pccasegear.com/ or mwave.com.au.

Anyway I looked at

(Corsair Gaming VOID 7.1 USB Gaming Headset Carbon)

They look good, but I don't think I would need lights on the side of my headphones, but they are in my price range and are made by a reputable company. But I have no experience with Corsair but they look decent.

I hope you guys can give me good advice thanks :)

EDIT: i am willing to deal with the plasticy sort of leather? kind of earcushion if it will bring up the quality but so far the winner is the
