ShutterFly. Account literally "vanished"

I had an open order from Shutterfly for a mug. Prior to that I had a keychain and some pictures ordered.

 

 

Today I went to login "i forgot my password of course"

 

When i went to enter my password it said "no such account with this email"

 

I am 110% its that email.

 

So i tried creating a new account with that email to see if the system/database would allow it. AND IT DID!

 

 

So here's the big 1-Million Dollar Question. Where the fuck is my original account? Why was it wiped? It looks like they run some oracle database on the backend so what engineer screwed up?

 

 

Now i lost my images on there and my orders? I doubt the "customer support" is going to contact the database engineers to fix my issue.

Yah I don't like shutterfly. 

My guess is the dropped a couple of hard drives and don't have 2nd site backups lol

Lol I got my free mug today, super awesome. I would just make another mug then, gives you a chance to redo it if you've thought of any changes you'd like to make. (I'm assuming the mug your talking about is the free one with the promo code, right?)
