Un-Parking necessary?

Mine are already Un-Parked due to my friends when they came over.

They installed this program :

So do I really need this?

If someone can explain this to me that would be great!

Thanks!

I want to know too

OP?

"quote on quote" gives you extra preformance in bf4 which it does... basically unparks your cores that you will use later but tells ur CPU to unpark them right now so you can use them all

From what I know, windows disables some cores on desktop to conserve power etc.

The cores are "parked". When intensive tasks occur, they are "unparked"

So I guess it was worth letting them Un-Park the Cpu cores?
