Empty spray can for PC cleaning

waleedshahid001

Hey guys,

So unfortunatly compressed air cans aren't available where I live. So I wanted to ask can I use an empty spray can ( like empty WD 40 or deodorant can) to clean the internals of my PC ?

Thanks for the feedback.

No, it might be the only reason that your device will be broken or die instead of being cleaned.Just be diligent in searching for those PC cleaning solutions over the web or around your community.

Truth is, compressed air cans aren't the best way to clean electronics, though we all do it and with no issues. Moving air can infact create static and sometimes contains small amounts of moisture.

A good alternative is 99% isopropyl alcahol and a static free brush. If you can find these they will allow you to clean electronic components easily. Just make sure you turn off all power first and DO NOT use a lower percentage alcahol.

No...? How would you even use empty can? It doesn't work with magic. Its about inside being liquid which turns into gas after exiting pressurized vessel. Nothing inside, nothing comes out.

Or use a compressor?

Compressor is better than air cans. More cost efficient.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs
