Are Mad Catz Mice any good?

Go to solution Solved by Atmos,

3 Years ago? their rat series was awesome. It had great materials, build-quality, and features.

Now? Well, a few years back they moved production to a lower quality, very cheap factory. And downgraded the materials and hardware components. So no.

I'll also put it this way, I bought a 2014 RAT 7 MMO, and it broke after 7 months of medium-heavy use.

The 2009 Rat 7 revision 1 i have is still kicking hard, and is my daily driver after the mmo version died.

I am thinking about getting a R.A.T. 9 or an Office R.A.T. but not sure if they are any good. So if anybody can give me any details about them I would greatly appreciate it. What I want to know is if they are durable and how good is there connectivity. I dont really game much but they seem very useful for many thungs lile office word. I also want a wireless since I use my windows tablet and laptop for school and rather not have a bunch of cluttered wires everywhere.

Its sad, but yea. There are good and bad things. Because, as a whole, they're not all good, or bad. Any of the ones you can get in stores though, they're pretty bad. But, some of the originals out there were pretty damn good. The MX Master is an awesome choice as an alternative.
