Fractal Design Venturi vs Corsair SP/AF series

Roman_Noodles5

Screw acoustics. The Corsairs look SOOO much better. Especially once you get rid of the corsair sticker.

Aesthetics of rigs matter

Fractal Fans tend to be really quiet, but don't expect a hurricane breeze worth of air.

The Corsairs do look a fair bit better, but do you think they are a decent bit quieter than the stock corsair fans? Because I heard some people saying they are just the same.

I lik my fractal venturi sp. Very quiet at low speeds and it has a very low start up rpm. It does get a little noisy at full speed (to be expected) but at 1300rpm it's about as quiet as my nfp12 at the same speed. It moves a little less air at that 1300rpm but i like having the option to ramp it up and move some more air. I've got corsair sp120 as well and they are noisy above 1200rpm so that's as high as i use them unless benchmarking

Venturis are very high quality, quiet and well optimized fans that fractal made after actually making good fans, they just took time to do a line up. Corsair fans...first, i hate them because their naming scheme complicated everything. Second, they are basically stock corsair fans with different RPMs, the color ring...i guess it looks nice...also, for a rad they don't seal properly, and they are loud at comparable performance. Venturis are up there with noctuas and ek vardars, corsairs are old fans, that have been rebranded and they honestly don't offer anything that you can't find better and cheaper, and they are loud. Corsair fans=FX 9590 (I'm getting so much fucking hate for that, please IM me, i don't wanna turn the thread into a cluster fuck) So....go for venturis, they are superior in every possible way and they actually carry a higher price tag accordingly so they are not trying to fool you. You get what you pay, except for corsair fans, then you get........fucking corsair fans...

That's what I was thinking, and they arent that expensive compared to noctuas. And they are only a few dollars more than Corsairs. Thanks for your all of your guy's input because I was hearing very mixed opinions from both fans.
