Things i would like to know are 

 

what is the difference ? 

 

does both of them support 8350 ? as the msi only has v1 on there product page q.q

 

how are the vrm's ? as i heard its the best msi board vrm's wise >.>

The 990FXA-GD80 is the best MSI board VRM wise. I would go with a Asrock Extreme 9 or ASUS Crosshair V Formula (-Z) if you want the best VRM's

Anything better than "MSI 970 Gaming" should work fine with FX-8350! :)
