Is 144hz worth for Moba games ? ( not shooter ) 

 

Or gamers who play anything, but not shooter - fps games should choose the best ips and higher as possible resulution ? 

Like is 144hz only good for fps gamers ...

No, I think a 60hz IPS panel would be much better unless you are extremely competitive for mobas.

I dont imagine it helping much but if your that hardcore than yes

 The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?
