cheap mother for i7-4790k

Cheapest Z97 from a good brand

i already have ddr3 ram (2 sticks) from my old pc and i also have 2 sata hdds and 1 sata optical drive and i will probably upgrade to the i7-4790k cpu but i dont know what motherboard i will get can someone help me ;( (i do like to overclock)

 

the cheaper the better

z87 boards are fine too, only difference with z87 and z97 are a few sata ports really

are z87 cheaper?

what are you getting the 4790K for? if it's just gaming you can drop to a 4690K and get a nicer board.

what are you getting the 4790K for? if it's just gaming you can drop to a 4690K and get a nicer board.

Why lower the CPU to get a better motherboard if that DOESN'T do anything to performance?

The word "GAMING" or "Military Class" are both marketing tools

will they both handle gta 5 the same? and how well will they both overclock with the stock cooler because i may upgrade the cooler in the future

That's an idea!!!

if i put the fan on the 4690k on 100% and oc it could it be as powerfull as the 4790k?
