Silent Hard Drives

I'm searching for a silent Hard Drive. And I mean silent it's not important that it is fast.

You could always put a hard drive in a silencer and a green drive would be good for you.

A 5400RPM 2.5" drive would be about as quiet as you can get.

No but withouth joking get a 5400-5900 HDD , they are pretty silent

WD Red 3TB. It comes with an extra robust enclosure that makes it nearly silent compared to the other different capacity models.

I'd probably invest in an SSD, you'll get zero noise then

The the only real option is either a 5,400rpm 2.5'' laptop drive or a 5,900rpm WD Green drive (or similar), you can't get any quieter than that unless you wrap it in sound suppression material but then you'd have a cooling problem.
