Question about installing retail version of 8.1 on new system

If I got a new mobo would I have to unassign  windows from the old mobo/cpu

CPU: I7 4790k  CPU Cooler: NH-D15 GPU: MSI 970 4gb   Motherboard: z97 Gaming 5 PSU: Corsair hx850   Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8 gb  SSD: Samsung 850 Evo  Case: Air 540

It just depends on the extent of the component swap. If it's just a motherboard, it should be fine.
