World of Warcraft and a R9 390 problem

So... basically i got a problem. 

Few weeks ago I bought a XFX R9 390 8GB card. 
In general I am very pleased with the card. 

But when i play World of Warcraft WoD, my frame rates is kinda.. buggerish. 

 

I am running on 3200x1800(wide) and all the settings are on ultra, although i disabled Vsync. 

But my FPS is around 30 in a dungeon or a raid ? When i go to lower resolutions, there is no difference at all. 

Now I reinstalled the new drivers of AMD, clean install of wow. But my FPS is still around 30. 

 

Weird thing is, some of my guildies are still running on HD7850, or HD7770 etc, but they all have atleast 30 fps more then me in 1920x1080. 

Have i missed something with my card ? its not oc`d. 

Any ideas on what i should or could do to make sure my games (wow etc) have more FPS then what i have now. 
 

Specs are:

P8Z77-Pro M

I7-3770k

XFX R9 390 8GB

8GB DDR3 on 1333 (from corsair)

Psu 730 watt (Aerocool)

2x BenQ GL2250H (3200x1800@60Hz)

MMORPGs sometimes struggle with AMD drivers, i've seen it as a common ocurrance. It's not regular tho, just periods where the game lags or framerate drops

Well, the cpu aint loaded that much. I would say it comes to around: 20% max load, and the memory comes around 45% load

But you need to look at a single core,

Since the new expansion they added multiple cores system.

WoW is mainly cpu bound, look at your gpu usage, if it isn't at 95-100%, it's being bottlenecked by something else. Looking at cpu usage isn't a very reliable way to see if it is a bottleneck, overclock it and if that improves performance, you have your answer.

Atm the card is between 97% and 100% (from what the catalyst program says)

It ramps between 1600 and 3100. It just depends where i am in game

Set power profile to full performance then see if it stay's on 3100 mhz all the time, if it does matter on fps leave it there, if it does't increase your fps just set it back at balanced better for your power bill anyway.

 

You can also check if gpu usage go's down at same time as mhz go's down if thats the case it may benefit from having power profile on full performance.

Already did a change today from balanced to full power, there was 1 fps difference.. So i put it back to balanced. 

The GPU is around 97% till 100% on activity. When my mhz go`s down, it stays between the 2 numbers
