So i have two different builds both Intel,and i would like some help with deciding/help with the build(s)

First build, cheaper motherboard and hyper 212 EVO then get a GTX 980 or an R9 390

I would go with the Intel I7 build since in both builds you have the same graphics card

I am going to be streaming arma 3 on as high settings as i can.

btw u relise ur not gonna get 60 fps everywhere on arma 3 

u understand rite?

even on max settings

even on lowest settings

your gonna get the same fps

Well if you were to get build #2, you would need another processor that Z87 supports then update or else the 4790k wont work. At the end of the day, I would with Build #1. Just my insight on it.

Don't get the cheapy 970,

either get a good 970 or get a R9 390

 

But for that budget you could get a fury ( or even a 980ti if you skimp on the other components )

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

Not true, a factory updates the mobo to the latest bios before they send them out so it would be near impossible he'd need a bios update

why he can buy a i5 4690k for cheaper and a less expensive mobo and buy a 980 ti

 

Well he said he would like help picking out a build that he has setup, not suggestions, so I didn't make any.

But besides that I think you are right - for gaming get the best graphics card you can afford
