Anyone having problems with their Windows 8.1?

Hello

 

My windows 8.1 is acting strange now. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome are crashing or taking forever to load up, some sites I cant get too, Windows says something about not having some permission for  normal web browsing.

 

When I try to go to Windows Update the computer just hangs, opening the control panel, I cannot access the options in it.

 

I didn't have these problems early today.  My computer has been off and the internet off all day .

 

I signed up to receive the Windows 10 upgrade a month ago.

 

I haven't received any files for it that I know of.

 

Has anyone been having any troubles with their Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 since the release of Windows 10?

 

Yes I do have  virus and malware protection active on my pc.

install all your updates. then restart pc. then check for new updates

Nnope. its just you. That really sounds like malware, so I would check with malwarebytes. You don't have windows 10 yet because its being released in waves.

I used malwarebytes and bit defender, nothing, my system is clean.
