Unfortunatly I didn't take pictures the whole way through but I didn't have a lot of money to do this so I went to the local home depot and bought a large peice of acrylic for about 40$ and bent it using a blow torch, I also marked out the stand off locations and drilled holes for them then mounted the the motherboard then I threw on the power supply and tested it, after verifying that it was running I stripped the powersupply to replace the fan because again didn't have alot of money so I cheaped out on the power supply.post-1173-0-82409100-1375336170_thumb.jp

So because this computer is open air and it's in my bedroom I knew that it needed to be quiet. So I fixed that Powersupply with a Noctua NF-A14 (super quiet fan would totally recomend hiding one in your powersupply) and replacing that stock cooler with a Coolermaster 212 evo direct with a bitfenix spectre pro I also realized that the run from my powersupply to my CPU power was too far so I rebent the acrylic to me it shorter it didn't work so well the second time I bubbled and I couldn't get it straight.post-1173-0-88781500-1375337147.jpgpost-1173-0-93957800-1375337386.jpg

I'd be a bit worried about your graphics card, not having it supported at the top. Looks like its stressing the PCI slot a little.

I would find out a way to support that graphics card. I worry about it like that personally. The slot for it or the actual pci-e bus connector may snap off. Get a piece of wood or plastic cut and rest it off the ou onto the gpu. Problem solved.

Taking the word budget to a whole new level.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

Man, this build, imo, looks really ghetto,(actually, both are).

You're definitely very creative :P I really like these for some reason, you should do something about the graphics card though :D.

  • 2 weeks later...

Well I decided to take some of your advice. I am supporting the graphics card with the cpu power cable and a zip tie and I've fixed that messy cable managment, I've also picked out a colour theme and have copper ram heat spreaders ordered post-1173-0-06111700-1376526207.jpgpost-1173-0-59678600-1376526354_thumb.jp
