Simple cut out the footage you don't need instead of trying to render the entire thing, 394gb for 2hrs of footage is unacceptable, you need to move away from lossless quality (raw footage) to a compressed version. You are just taking the whole thing and rendering and are wondering why it takes so long with just raw footage and no compression, start with cutting down the footage  and then use a form of video compression, anything is better then a 394 gb vid.

h.264 is awesome. USE IT. Render in 1920 x 1080 with a bitrate of 8-10 Mbps and your good to go.
