Best place to purchase steam wallet in AU?

My sister have been working overseas in AU for couple years, she want to gift me a game (either witcher III or some other games that I want)

but... because region restriction I think that's not going to work

 

so I've just told her to get me a steam wallet cards/code

but unfortunately I can't find online store that selling this (and if they sell it, most likely it's sold out) EB games doesn't even list it on their online store anymore.

 

I've ask her to get it from G2A, but it cost her about US $73 for US $50 credits, I ask her not to, that just too much.
