Is this PSU worth it ?

Hotpeppa1

No, Corsair PSU's generally aren't good, CX is particularly bad.

Unless the rest of your build is also particularly bad, aka a real budget build, don't get it.

CX power supplies are decent. http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/corsair_cx600m_psu_review,8.html

I can't wait to find an excuse to buy an EVGA power supply (maybe another Titan will force me to). Corsair should just stick to cases and keyboards.

Still no better than the Corsair, get the afordmentioned EVGA GS/B2 units.

Their cases and keyboards aren't any better despite what people will have you believe for some reason.

If anything, they are even more dominated by their competitors in those departments.

Corsair's PSU's aren't good? It's pretty much just the CX and VS series, RM/i, HX/i and AX/i are plenty good, I'd go as far as saying they are great. Love my RM1000, I've even used CX before and have not had an issue (yet) but  they all beat out my Raidmax RX-600AF.

Yeah, I've just messed with them at the store and they are really plasticy and overpriced. Fractal has the best quality cases hands down. I'm RMAing my crappy Noctis then selling it for an R5 because I just can't deal with NZXT. The steel construction alone with the R5 is a selling point (my N450 warped and tilts like an old bar stool). Corsair has decent (but overpriced) RAM and they do make good keyboards.
