Help find a new laptop for my dad

Finally the man has seen sense and is ditching is 9 year old Dell laptop.

Well he wants something good as he is doing a lot of multitasking

He doesnt need a fancy gaming one.

I think a quad core i7 (no dedicated GPU), 8/16GB RAM and an SSD is enough,

Can anyone find one new for a good price (Prebuilt or custom, either is fine)

GPU: Reference GTX 970  SSD: 250GB Samsung 970 EVO.  HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB. Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro. PSU: Corsair RM1000X. OS: Windows 10 Pro UEFI mode  (installed on SSD)

Peripherals:  Display: Acer XB272 1080p 240Hz G Sync Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB Brown Mouse: Logitech G502 RGB Headhet: Roccat XTD 5.1 analogue

Daily Devices:Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact and 128GB iPad Pro

Most mobile GPUs are dual,cores. Even the i7s. If it has QM in the name it's a quad core. Can I get a more specified budget?
