Use my rooted nexus 6 to share wi-fi?

Got a rooted nexus 6 and a computer whit internet. is there any way to connect my phone to the computer using usb and allowing it to share its internet?

i7-4770k,EVGA GTX 780, 16Gb Ram, Corsair H100i, Corsair 750D, Asus z87 Pro, 120Gb Samsung SSD, 3TB Western digital x2 and corsair rm1000

You can do tethering over wifi but not sharing the internet over cable. You can do a hotspot by going to settings -> more --> Teathering and hotspot. In there you need to adjust a few settings and you can share! Remember that your phone carrier might not allow that for windows devices.

I shared internet over cable with my cheap phone.

Go into Setting\ More\ Tethering & portable hotspot

when you have the phone connected to the computer via USB.

Then click on "USB tethering"

Hopeful that should work for you.
