So i was planning to get my first new build since my last Pentium 4 about 10 years ago

I was little bit confuse which set up i should get, i was planning to get AMD base for this build

Option 1 :

AMD Vishera FX-4300 base with either R9 270/X or GTX 750Ti or lower Graphic card just to make the budget lower

Option 2 :

AMD Kaveri A8 7600/ A10 7850K base with much more better Motherboard/ Gaming Motherboard and Graphic Card later on

Mostly it would be for gaming (1080p low to medium setting is okay or 720p for demanding games this day), simple video rendering, and maybe streaming later on

So which one should i take for more possible upgrading on the future, did i need that much cores on CPU later if i just using it for mostly gaming?

Option one seems like a better bet, APUs aren't that great versus a dedicated graphic card and a good processor.

I would go with a core i3 and a r9 280 for better GPU performance, but that depends on what games he plays.

first thing first some games require 4 core cpu (i find it little bit stupid thought) like u guys now so just in case most demanding games later on gonna do that too so im little bit worried taking 2 core processor nowaday , that's why i come up with some AMD build which much more friendly to my wallet because i cannot spend all my salary for my own right now lol

i've also little consered about the APU because the upgrade possibility for the system, i ussually looking for intel first but for my budget i either had to buy some old Q series or i3 because i5 or i7 was little too much for me right now

30 USD over budget before rebates. After rebates, you got 40 USD to spare. Pocket those 40 USD and start saving for a i5. Will probably be some cheap i5s for sale around Black Friday.

you are slightly wrong. Programs require "4 threads"... and i3 has 2 cores, 4 threads. While APUs and Athlon 860k has "2 modules split into 4 half cores", which a program reads as 4 threads. The i5 has 4 cores and 1 thread per core. I7 has hyperthreading, thus it has 4 cores but 2 threads per core, so a program think it is a 8core, sort of.

The pentium G3258 has 2 cores, but only 1 thread per core. So it sometimes get shut out of newer games.

Ok so i got miss information about the "4 core only" games here? the the i3 was okay to handle some off that games because it's 4 threaded not 4 cores? like Far Cry 4 for example?

yes, you can play FC4 with it, dunno how well it will perform, but FC4 will run using a i3. Check youtube or google for FC4 benchmarks using an i3.
