My ordeal has to do with 3 SSDs and migrating my OEM Windows 8.1 from a HDD, where do I go?

format ur hdd and do a clena install on a ssd

The problem is.... I lost my OS disc.... So I would have to use a migrating tool

Download the windows iso. That's perfectly legal. As long as you have they key, you write the iso to a USB/disc and use that.
