Strange problem with HTC Desire 816.

Hey,

 

My girlfriend has a strange trouble with her device; the phone constantly states that the internal memory is full.

She removed and installed every applications/photos/music on the SD card and used the so called "Clean Master" app.

 

When I checked on my PC, the total weight of the files on the internal memory was 1.6Go (the total available is 4.2).

But only 120mo are left ...

 

How is this possible ?
