OBS Problem.

Hi guys, let's just straight into it.

Okay i open OBS start recording for about 20-25 Seconds and this Error (or what ever it is) appears http://i.imgur.com/JYCfMjX.png

And i'm using quick sync...

 

My CPU is I3 4150

I'm just going to put this out there, you seem to have a lot of tech problems.

Don't try to capture 1080p60

Disable "Multi-Threaded Optimizations" in the Advanced tab...its at the top

 

This error only occurs on Windows 7

I can't even capture 1080p my monitor is 1050p 60FPS lol

Depending on your settings you can, actually. It's altogether possible to set a custom resolution - be it larger or smaller than full screen/native.
