Unoptimized hardware (bottlenecking potentials)

Hello Everyone, I just need some clarification on the following questions for my PC upgrade, but before that,

This is my current PC build.

Processor           : AMD FX  - 8120 Eight - Core Processor  3.10 GHz
Motherboard      : GIGABYTE 78LMT -SP2 Ultra Durable Classic 4
Graphics            : Sapphire 7850 2GB DDR5 (AMD Radeon)
RAM                   :  8 GB
Power Supply     : HCM Extreme2  525 Watt

As for now, I'm planning to upgrade my Graphics Card to the GTX 980 Ti and my Power Supply Unit to a 750Watt unit. I'm only planning to upgrade my motherboard and processor in the future.

I understand that the motherboard and processor may not be powerfull enough to see the full potential of the GTX 980Ti 6GB DDR5.

However my question is, can I still use the GTX 980Ti card with my current system without much performance "bottlenecking" ?? or is it a must to upgrade my Processor and/or motherboard if I were to use the GTX 980Ti??

Also, could some of you list down motherboards with PCIe 3.0 slots (no need for SLI or Crossfire feature as I will be using one GPU only)
