It would do it but be a little close, it should use no more than 400W max so as long as the unit can supply the maximum 430W shouldn't be an issue.

first time ever seeing anyone using that avatar besides BvG, also 430w's is a bit close but you can just try it out if you already have the PSU.

I'd get a 500W power supply. You probably don't even have enough connectors...

You can power it but you should get a better PSU...

Go for 960 instead of 380 if you want to keep that PSU.
