Stream gameplay from Xbox 360/PS2/PC

So, I was hoping there is a simple answer for this. I want to be able to use my laptop (a Latitude E4300) for streaming gameplay from our Xbox 360, my PS2, and my rig. The 360 and PC both use HDMI, whereas the PS2 uses composite. Requirements are being able to stream/record at least 1080p30 and using OBS to stream with. Again, I am thinking about recording video from HDMI on my main rig and then offloading all the work onto my Latitude E4300.

You guys are suggesting ones that only support HDMI, he needs composite/S-Video as well.

I don't know much of anything about game capture stuff. And I don't know what my budget is really. Lower is better.

A tad bit expensive, but it does seem to have everything that I need.
