Photo Viewer that doesn't suck ass?

Windows photo app (Desktop - Windows Photo Viewer) is awful. I want something similar to iPhoto (2011 - before all the social bloatware additions) free and no ads, if you use something like this you have my thanks for leaving a link below  :lol:

I run my browser through NSA ports to make their illegal jobs easier. :P
If it's not broken, take it apart and fix it.

The one from XP played GIFs. Why the hell dont the newer ones do this?

The 8.1 one has a tint over anything it views.
