Can a I7 2600 handle 2 GTX 780s?

 

When i mean handle thast it can use 780s all power? and max it out for 100%

Yes you can. All PC's have bottle necking but you just have to try to lower it.

Here's the thing--after a certain point of cpu power, games and other things just can't utilize the extra power. That is why things stop bottlenecking by then. You wouldn't need more power. 

If games all of a sudden became more cpu intensive but stayed the same for everything else, the 2600 might bottleneck. It's not inherent that cpus or gpus bottleneck like this. It depends on the applications you're using your system for that determines whether you don't have enough power in one part to properly support the full performance of another.

If you overclock it to let's say 4.5GHz or more then you should be good to go.

Probably not. Technology moves quite quickly. 

It's still a solid cpu though.
