Creating an .iso file from Windows systems image?

I have made a systems image using Windows. I was wondering if there is a way of converting those files into creating an .iso file, which can be used to make a bootable USB drive. Then i can just restore the PC, from the USB. I can't find any way of doing this so far on Windows. Are there any programs which will enable me to do this?

What format is the current system image?

A bootable USB, needs an ISO which is also bootable. If you made your system image into one, it would most likely not work. Otherwise, CDBurnerXP has been helpful to me (please understand what is legal to rip and what is not first though). 

 

If Windows crashes and you need to use the image, it's basically like rewriting the drive.
