I'm talking about myself not you. If you really want to save money, how much is the amd fx-8320 where you live? You can get a cheap 990 mobo+ 8320 and probably save some money over the intel solution and save it for future upgrades, or maybe to get better internet to stream in higher settings (assuming that's why you only said 480p)

Can you not buy haswell where you live? I think a 4670k would be nearly on par maybe faster than the 2600k for less money, but if you live in a strange place it may not be a better option.

You can get one of those for maybe cheaper on a different site, it OC's to 8350 performance easily, pair that with a cheap 990 am3+ board and you can save the rest for other parts if you like.
