I already bought it so there's really no sense in worrying about what it will run but I just want to know.

CPU i7-5500U Processor ( dual core 2.4 GHz Base,  Turbo Boosts up to 3 GHz) 1600 MHz, 4MB)

GPU AMD Radeon R9 M275 (2GB VRAM)

OS Windows 8.1 64

Screen Resolution  1920 x 1080 (I have no idea if this matters or not lol

RAM 16GB  DDR3L 1600 MHz

HDD 500GB 5400 RPM

 

Games I want it to run (YES or NO, if YES, tell me about the resolution and settings I'd be able to run the game at at ~30 FPS)

 

Skyrim; TES V

 

Bioshock Infinite

 

Saints Row The Third

 

Saints Row IV
