Who of them should I choose for a hyper 212evo

The Blade Master 120 for the amazing 3.9mmH2O static pressure or the phanteks 140HP who is optimized for cpu coolers???

phanteks 140HP are 140mm and the 212 is 120mm so it wont direct fit.  I'd recommend getting something that will be quieter, and maybe last longer, the blade master have mixed reviews at best

You have to get a 120mm fan, also, specs are deceiving, that static pressure is at 100% RPMs and incredibly loud and overall is not a good fan, staying with cooler master a silencio FP 120 PWM is a good choice. I'll leave some options

I included some different prices and looks, there are MANY more fans that would do it, this are just some i recomend, in the end you will be the one buying it. As long as it's a 120 mm with normal mount it's good, high SP is better and ideally not that loud, that's what i was considering

The PH-140HP uses 120mm mounting holes and would work just fine. I reckon it would probably cool better and quieter at lower speeds and the Blademaster would be better at higher speeds while being louder.
