Cmstorm quickfire tk being weird.

I received my cmstorm quickfire tk in the mail today. I got the mx blue version and I like it but I can't type with it. Maybe it's a windows setting or maybe it's a keyboard shortcut and I'm just a complete idiot, but either way the problem I'm having is that the tab and o, caps and l, and the leftshift and less than/comma key. When I press the "o" key it acts as if I'm pressing tab but it also types an o and the same thing happens when I press tab. same with the other two. If I want to use shift or ctrl to do keyboard commands or capitalize a letter without it adding a <. I don't know if this is an error with my computer or what. I haven't ever had this issue with a keyboard before, and I'm sure it's something that is pretty simple to fix, but I don't know how and would really appreciate some help. Thanks.

Okay... I'm not sure what happened but it sort of just fixed it's self. It's been working for about a solid hour now and I'm a little afraid to restart. I literally have no idea what happened but It's working. I'm gonna restart and see if it still works. Just restarted. Stopped working. 10/10 would cry again.
