Can anyone recommend a cheap (<$10) action platformer with a lot of replay value? Something Castlevania/Megaman-y is preferred.

 

I've already played Rogue Legacy, so that's off the table.

Binding of Isaac isn't a platform, but you can sink a lot of time in it! :P
